Warranty Terms & Conditions

The Atlantic F129 & Tatou series of panel heaters come with a standard 7-year warranty.

This warranty excludes damage by neglect, shipping or accident and any damage due to incorrect installation, use or purposes other than those intended or failure to observe the instructions.

Regarding panel heaters, this warranty only covers plug-in heaters only. For heaters that are hardwired the labor component for disconnecting, transport and reconnecting the repaired heater is not covered.

This warranty does not cover commercial use.

Atlantic Australasia Pty Ltd and Atlantic Australasia (NZ) Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject any warranty claims used in conditions other than domestic purposes or connected to non Australasia and New Zealand approved power boards, extension leads, double adaptors and power outlets.

Any replacement of faulty parts or repairs of any kind must be carried out by a qualified person and authorized by Atlantic Australasia Pty Ltd and Atlantic Australasia (NZ) Pty Ltd or their approved representative. Failure to do so will void the warranty.

We reserve the right to reject any warranty claim deemed to be false.  Retailers must have warranty claims authorized by a representative of Atlantic Australasia Pty Ltd and Atlantic Australasia (NZ) Pty Ltd.

If you believe your product to be faulty and under warranty you are required to do the following:

Return the product, at your expense, to the place of purchase for assessment by an authorized representative of Atlantic Australasia Pty Ltd and Atlantic Australasia (NZ) Pty Ltd. This may require leaving the product at the place of purchase. If the product is deemed faulty and under warranty, the place of purchase of the product will order a replacement heater to which Atlantic Australasia Pty Ltd and Atlantic Australasia (NZ) Pty Ltd at our cost, will deliver the heater to the place of purchase. The consumer will then be required, at their cost, to pick up the replacement heater from the place of purchase.

If the heater is faulty but not deemed to be under warranty, an explanation will be provided to the consumer. The faulty heater can then be picked up by the customer from the place of purchase.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
